Apartment No. 6 “Les Pieds dans l’Eau” (67 m²) is located on the edge of the San Ciprianu lagoon — a beautiful seawater inlet winding around a small island before flowing back into the sea.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a large house and is arranged over two levels.

First Level:

The living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and coffee table.

It opens onto a loggia equipped with a dining table for four people and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor grilling while enjoying lovely views over the lagoon and partial sea views.

The main living area also features a fully equipped kitchenette including: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-ring ceramic hob, combination mini oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

Second Level:

Two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet

Included in the Base Rate:

The base rate includes accommodation only.

The following optional services are not included in the base rate :

-laundry rental service (bed linen and towel package)

-linen renewal during the stay

-baby equipment rental

-pet accommodation

-end-of-stay cleaning

-mid-stay housekeeping service.

These services will be charged in addition to the accommodation rate.
