Apartment No. 5 with sea view (63.5 m² including an 11 m² loggia) is located on the first floor of a large house and is arranged over two levels.

First Level:

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette including: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-ring induction hob, combination mini oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle and more.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV.

The room opens onto a loggia equipped with a dining table, two sun loungers, a clothes drying rack and an electric plancha grill — perfect for outdoor cooking while enjoying the beautiful sea view.

Second Level:

Two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. Small bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.

Included in the Base Rate:

The base rate includes accommodation only.

The following optional services are not included in the base rate:

-laundry rental service (bed linen and towel package)

-linen renewal during the stay

-baby equipment rental

-pet accommodation

-end-of-stay cleaning

-mid-stay housekeeping service.

These services will be charged in addition to the accommodation rate.
