The ground floor apartment offers a surface area of 45 m².

Nestled in a peaceful green setting, the apartment is arranged as follows:

A living area equipped with a flat-screen TV, coffee table and a two-person sofa bed. The main room opens onto a terrace surrounded by beautifully landscaped greenery and furnished with a dining table for four people, two sun loungers, a clothes drying rack and a barbecue.

The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchenette including: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-ring ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric coffee maker,

toaster, kettle and more.

The bedroom is fitted with two 90 cm single beds that can either be joined together or separated according to your needs. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning.

Included in the Base Rate:

The base rate includes accommodation only.

The following optional services are not included in the base rate:

-laundry rental service (bed linen and towel package)

-linen renewal during the stay

-baby equipment rental

-pet accommodation

-end-of-stay cleaning

-mid-stay housekeeping service.

These services will be charged in addition to the accommodation rate.
