Apartment No. 2 with sea view (62 m²) is located on the first floor of a large house and is arranged over two levels.

First Level:

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette including: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-ring ceramic hob, combination mini oven,

electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

The living area includes a sofa, flat-screen TV and coffee table and opens onto a loggia with a barbecue for outdoor grilling and a magnificent sea view.

Also on this level is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Second Level:

Two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. Separate toilet.

The double bedroom features a window with sea views.

The second bedroom is equipped with a Velux roof window fitted with blackout blinds, perfect for long relaxing mornings.

Included in the Base Rate:

The base rate includes accommodation only.

The following optional services are not included in the base rate:

-laundry rental service (bed linen and towel package)

-linen renewal during the stay

-baby equipment rental

-pet accommodation

-end-of-stay cleaning

-mid-stay housekeeping service.

These services will be charged in addition to the accommodation rate.
