Apartment No. 1 with sea view (62 m²) is located on the first floor of a large house and is arranged over two levels.

First Level:

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette including: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-ring induction hob, combination mini oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle and more.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV.

The room opens onto a loggia equipped with a dining table, two sun loungers, a clothes drying rack and a barbecue — perfect for enjoying outdoor grilling while admiring the beautiful sea view.

Also on this level is a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

Second Level:

Two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. Separate toilet.

Included in the Base Rate:

The base rate includes accommodation only.

The following optional services are not included in the base rate:

-laundry rental service (bed linen and towel package)

-linen renewal during the stay

-baby equipment rental

-pet accommodation

-end-of-stay cleaning

-mid-stay housekeeping service.

These services will be charged in addition to the accommodation rate.
